By creating an account or using CodevBox Auth, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Account Registration

To use CodevBox Auth, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. One person may not maintain more than one active account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The CodevBox Auth service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by CodevBox and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodevBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any third-party conduct or content on the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the business interests of CodevBox.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
